I was overheating on I80 and pulled off at the Aurora exit and Freisen Ford was like a beacon on the hill. I was moving from Chicago to Denver and had all my possessions and my dog. They could not have been nicer. They fit me in on a busy day, let us both hang out in the cool waiting area and even apologized for not having a treat for my dog (they had just run out). Brandon (?) the service guy researched the coolant my Subaru needed and did a complete check. They had me back on the road in just a couple of hours and I was on my way. Everyone in Aurora is fortunate to have them all the time. Great big thanks to them!
Brandon, shop manager, if that's what u call him. Is very rude, likes to insult others and gets off doing it. I have seen it more than once and then to me. I talked with the manager, Calvin, hopefully something gets done.

They have the dumbest mechanics I ever dealt with. Then they say they ordered the part and over 3weeks later they don't have the car fixed. They all lie for each other. But I'd never deal with them again to buy a vehicle, definitely won't let them work on a vehicle or even have them order the parts. Worse people and place I ever did business with.
I bought a used ford f350 in Ohio and was driving back to California. I tried get phone to sync with the truck earlier in the day to no avail. I decided to look for any ford dealer along Hwy 80 while heading home when I came across Friesen Ford. I pulled in and parked and went inside the service area. When I explained to the young lady working in service she said that they had a "Tech Guru" and we went to find him in the main part of the dealership. Well he was busy so she said she would give it a try. So went out to the truck and tried several things and then she looked at several fixes on her phone and finally got to a menu on the truck to delete the existing phone book and add my phone. She also showed me how the remote start worked and pointed out other features on the truck.
