Older well maintained roadside motel. Park outside the room. Single story. Full size refrigerator in room. No microwave or coffee maker in room. Lobby does keep fresh brewed coffee in morning. Usual ice machine and a washer and dryer. Friendly courteous staff. Excellent value have stayed here a few times visiting family in Aurora and will continue to do so.
The curtains in our room did not close properly, leaving a sizeable gap that people outside could see in, fortunately I always carry a sewing kit with safety pins. The door used an old fashioned metal key that kept getting stuck in the lock. The hotel is not far from the railroad tracks. The heater in our room kept switching on and off and it was extremely loud, as was the refrigerator.
On the positive side, the room had a full size refrigerator and freezer, the bathtub was larger than tubs found in more expensive hotels, and most important of all, the place was bedbug free!
Would give this place 0 stars if possible. Absolutely terrible. Pillows are bricks, room not very clean. Trash beside the bed, found dust as if the house keeping hasn't dusted in weeks. This place is a joke, trash.
Super welcoming and cute and everyone was pleasant and helpful. Will definitely stay again when we're in the area.
Blankets were old and hadn’t been washed. Pillows uncomfortable. No shampoo, no microwave or coffee pots in rooms. Internet didn’t work well. Mattress uncomfortable. Oh... and THEY HAVE BED BUGS!!!!
