I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza but when I got to the store I was informed that they did not have stuffed crust in stock, which is a very common occurrence at this location.
However they tried to charge me the extra two dollars for the stuffed crust even though I was only offered a pan crust. The manager was too busy to deal with me, literally the only customer in the store for some reason and the employee made no attempt to apologize for their mistake but instead kept repeating my wrong price saying that she couldn't change an order.
Was not acknowledged when we entered,waited about 8-10 min to be seated. Once seated we waited a few more min to get our drink orders. When we got our pizzas they were both incorrect. The waitress "Kathy" said let me go see what I did? We waited another 15 min without hearing or her coming to tell us we are sorry but it will be such and such time. Once she brought out the correct order never did she say sorry or anything. Our drinks were not filled once we got them. Actually once we got the pizza she never came back. I walked up to get a box and a ticket and find that the book it was not taken off the total. While waiting in line to pay I hear a man saying he was done and put his bowl of food (incorrect) on the counter and was only paying for the 2.00 salad. Dont think we will return to this location.
Love pizza hut with a passion, best pizza in my opinion, but would not reccomend ordering from this location again.
The hot blonde waitress (Heather) was amazing to me.. Asked her on a date but she refused because she is married. Whoever he is, he's a lucky guy. I'll go back just for her!!
Poor service.
The employee didn't even offer to create a new order which would have solved the problem and just had the manager fix it later.

Last time they put the wrong sauce on the pizza (I cant eat the red sauce) and forgot to give us the drink. When my husband went back to get the drink the employee accused him of lying and trying to get an extra drink free. I found this incredibly rude and hard to believe. Other than that the food is good.
